When a standard job comes into the workshop, we say 3 – 10 days for completion, so that no one is being promised something that we can't deliver. Having said that we then get on with completing every job as quickly as possible and most jobs are completed much quicker than that.

Answer:

Yes, let us explain …..
There are two stages to having work done.
The time it takes to get to the top of the queue, then the time it takes to complete the job.
Stage 1 - Is putting the job into the queue and every job gets started in turn.
Stage 2 – Starts when another job has been completed and yours come out of the queue and can get started.
If you want you job completed quicker, you might consider taking ‘Silver Service'
‘Silver Service' is where you can jump stage 1 and go straight to stage 2.
We charge extra for this service and work overtime to ensure that the other customers are not pushed back in the queue at the expense of the customer requesting a silver service.
Note: All our contract customers are guaranteed ‘silver service' at no extra charge. Retail customers can only request a ‘silver service' if we can make one available. This depends on the other work that is in process and how many members of the team are available.
